Big Achievement of Plumbing Contractor in Toronto: 25000 Feet of Drain Liner Installed

Absolute Draining and Plumbing reached a mark of 25,000 feet in their installations of epoxy liner into residential and commercial drains for Toronto customers.

"Once upon the time we have seen how City drain contractor was installing a liner through manhole into big-big sewer pipe in downtown Toronto," continued Andrew Olexiuk.

Fairly swiftly they found the company near GTA that was selling the epoxy liner perfect for repair of smaller sewer pipes.

"The biggest problem is that we love our City to be green," said Andrew Mokrivsky. "The whole development along with product testing and certification took us approximately six months. Because of strong reputation among Toronto plumbers and exceptional value of epoxy liner in some drain-repair cases, many local plumbers are hiring Absolute Draining and Plumbing as a subcontractor to reline sewer or main drain lines for their customers.

When they have been asked how Absolute Draining and Plumbing calculated the quantity of 25,000 feet Andrew Olexiuk explained, "Our Company has been keeping track of all purchased components including epoxy resin, hardener, felt and lamination film to manufacture liner, and reinforced plastic membrane to produce bladder. "The process is approved by City of Toronto and all products meet or exceed applicable ASTM standards. Direct supplies of all components and utilization of hot water allowed significantly lower the costs of liner and reduce curing time," explained Vlad Kushniriuk. Since the fall of 2001 we have been installing the liner on regular basis for residential, commercial and sometimes to industrials customers in Greater Toronto Area," continues Andrew Mokrivsky. The clients could not use their drains for additional than eight hours and for some of them it was not an option.

In order to minimize the negative sides of the process Andrew and Andrew decided to develop their version of the process.

At the end of this online interview Andrew Mokrivsky summarized, "After all these years we proud that we were able to help hundreds and hundreds of people to solve their sewer and main drain problems using one of the most advanced method of pipe rehabilitation. Seeing all positive moments of trenchless rehabilitation, the owners of Absolute Draining and Plumbing could not offer trenchless drain repair to many customers due to high price of the liner offered by third party. The other drawback of the offered process was related to long curing time of epoxy liner inside damaged drain pipe. With all past years of experience as plumbers in Toronto, two founders of Absolute Draining and Plumbing Andrew Mokrivsky and Andrew Olexiuk were well aware of aged Toronto drain system and traditional drain repair methods. In many cases a repair of damaged drain requires extensive digging and then landscape restoration of a front yard. We are quite sure that this a bit simplistic approach gives us accurate figure of 10,000 linear feet installed during all this years.
